Arrest of suspect who killed and burned a woman's body in a cemetery
Due to a conflict with Ms. Thanh, knowing that she was herding cows alone in the Hon Mot cemetery area (Cam Tan commune, Cam Lam district, Khanh Hoa), Phan Thanh Tam killed her and burned her body to destroy the evidence.

On December 23, the Department of Investigation Police on Social Order Crimes (PC45 - Khanh Hoa Provincial Police) - announced that it had urgently arrested Phan Thanh Tam (22 years old, residing in Cam Tan commune, Cam Lam district, Khanh Hoa) for murder and robbery.
At the police station, Tam confessed that due to a conflict with Ms. Le Thi Thanh (60 years old, residing in Cam Lam district), on the morning of December 15, knowing that Ms. Thanh was herding cows alone in the Hon Mot cemetery area, he used a knife to cut Ms. Thanh's throat.
After committing the crime, Tam took a pair of earrings, 1.5 million VND and a cell phone from the victim. To destroy the evidence, Tam poured gasoline on Ms. Thanh and burned her body.
Police determined that Ms. Thanh suffered two deep cuts to her neck before being burned. On the morning of December 22, police urgently arrested Tam.
