However, after walking a short distance, Tuan returned home and saw Mrs. Tran Thi Lang (his biological mother) washing dishes. He immediately took a piece of wood about 1 meter long and hit her repeatedly on the head, causing the victim to die on the spot.

Ms. Ho Dan Thanh (granddaughter) of the two victims saw the incident and immediately shouted for help, but was chased and beaten by Tuan, leaving Ms. Thanh lying motionless. She is currently being treated at Can Tho Central General Hospital.
