Arrested a group of young men claiming to be private detectives, slashing a man's arm tendon
(Baonghean.vn) - After 4 days of investigation, Dien Chau police arrested the group of young men who caused the severed tendons in Nguyen Huu Hai's arm in Dien Yen commune.
On the morning of March 20, Dien Chau District Police said they were temporarily detaining the suspect.Nguyen Ngoc Thang (born 2000, resident of Hamlet 5, Dien Yen, Dien Chau) to clarify the act of intentionally causing injury and disturbing public order. Thang was arrested on the afternoon of March 19, after many days on the run.

The Dien Chau District Police Department also arrested but later released on bail three suspects: Ngo Sy Toan (born 2000), Le Duc Tam (born 1988) and Pham Van Hung (born 2000), all residing in Dien Yen Commune, Dien Chau District. These suspects were identified as being present at the time of the incident.
Previously, on March 15, due to a previous conflict, Nguyen Ngoc Thang used a kitchen knife to slash Nguyen Huu Hai (born in 1982, resident of Hamlet 16, Dien Yen Commune, Dien Chau) twice on the left arm, severing the tendons and rendering his fingers immobile. Hai was transferred to a hospital in Hanoi for treatment.

At the police station, this group of subjects confessed that they had previously caused an intentional injury in Dien My, then fled the area.
According to Dien Chau District Police, this group has just emerged since the beginning of the year, claiming to be private detectives, specializing in following and threatening victims at the request of their employers, causing disorder and insecurity in the Dien Yen area.
