Caught a young man transporting 20kg of firecrackers for sale
(Baonghean.vn) - Traffic Police Team No. 2 (Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province) has just discovered and caught a subject red-handed illegally transporting nearly 20kg of firecrackers.
Accordingly, at about 10:15 p.m. on January 14, the working group of Traffic Police Team No. 2 (Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province) was patrolling and controlling the inter-hamlet road area, in Nam Kim Hoa hamlet, Nghi Thuan commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An province, when they discovered a young man riding a motorbike, carrying a suspicious sack of goods.
The working group stopped the vehicle for an administrative inspection. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the sack the young man was carrying contained 10 rectangular blocks with foreign writing on the outside, suspected to befirecrackers.

At the police station, through initial investigation, the young man confessed that he was Tran Van Hanh (born in 1978), residing in Bac Nhan Hoa hamlet, Nghi Thuan commune, Nghi Loc district. According to Hanh, the 10 blocks he was carrying were firecrackers, 49 pieces of foreign-made firecrackers, weighing about 19kg.
This was the number of fireworks that Hanh had hired a stranger to transport for sale. However, during the process of transporting them to the delivery location, the police discovered and caught them red-handed.
The case is currently being investigated and clarified by the authorities according to the provisions of law.
