67-year-old school security guard detained for seducing 12-year-old girl into sex

On the morning of September 25, Yen Thanh District Police said they were temporarily detaining suspect Bui Duc Thuan (born in 1953), residing in Lien Xuan hamlet, Hong Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, to investigate and clarify the crime of "Rape"person under 16 years old" according to Clause 2, Article 142 of the 2015 Penal Code.

During the investigation of the case, Yen Thanh District Police determined that Bui Duc Thuan, a security guard at Hong Thanh Primary School, knew T, born in 2008. In addition, Thuan also knew the difficult circumstances of T's family, her parents were divorced, and T lived with her grandmother in the countryside.

After asking T to pluck her gray hair in the security room, Thuan touched her and then had the intention of seducing her.sexual relations. One afternoon in late 2019, Thuan invited T to the security room of Hong Thanh Primary School and then enticed T to have sex. After having sex, he gave T some money and candy.

According to T's statement, Thuan had lured T into having sex many times in the security room. Through investigation, Yen Thanh District Police clarified that Thuan had sex with T 3 times, all at noon, in the security room of Hong Thanh Primary School.
