Arrested a violent young man who stabbed someone just because he thought he was being "stared at"
Seeing a man driving a motorbike with his wife passing by looking at him, the young man thought he was being “stared at” so he forced the motorbike to stop and stabbed the victim repeatedly.
On March 4, Thuan An Town Police, Binh Duong Province announced that they had arrested Nguyen Trung Tin (20 years old, residing in Thuan An Town) to investigate the act of "Intentionally causing injury".

According to initial investigation, on February 27, Mr. NVĐ., 48 years old, drove his wife on a motorbike on Thuan Giao 29 Street, Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An Town.
When he arrived at Binh Giao neighborhood, Mr. D. was suddenly hit by Nguyen Trung Tin, who drove up and stabbed him multiple times, seriously injuring him. The motorbike fell off, seriously injuring Mr. D.'s wife.
Mr. D. and his wife were taken to the hospital by local people for emergency treatment. Nguyen Trung Tin fled the scene after committing the crime.
From the victim's report, the police searched and arrested Nguyen Trung Tin on March 2.
At the police station, Tin confessed to stabbing the victim because he saw Mr. D. looking at him. Tin said he was being "stared at" and provoked, so he forced the car to stop and used the knife he had to commit the crime.
Tin also confessed that at the end of 2017, while playing games, a conflict arose, so Tin used a knife to stab an Internet shop owner in Binh Hoa neighborhood, Lai Thieu ward, Thuan An town, causing serious injuries.
Thuan An town police are expanding the investigation to clarify the case.
