Arresting drug lord in disguise of good farmer

The Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency has just arrested and extradited Nguyen Van Giap (born 1971, from Bac Ninh), a subject wanted by the Ministry of Public Security for illegal drug trafficking from Dak Nong to Hanoi for further investigation and handling according to authority.
According to case records, in 2007, Nguyen Van Giap participated in a drug trafficking ring with a large volume of drugs in the northern provinces and was identified by the Ministry of Public Security's investigation agency to fight and arrest him.

While his accomplices were arrested one by one, Giap fled to Cambodia and was issued a special wanted warrant by the Ministry of Public Security's investigation agency.
In 2008, Giap returned to Vietnam from Cambodia, then went to the Central Highlands and Dak Nong provinces to make a living.
Here, Giap took another name, Tong Van Nam, then got married, lived under the guise of a good farmer and businessman, and continued to trade and use crystal meth.
On the afternoon of December 17, when Giap was in his mansion in the coffee plantation area of Pang Sim hamlet, Truong Xuan commune, Dac Song district, he was caught red-handed by detectives, leaving him no time to react./.
