Nghe An Provincial Military Command deploys response to storm No. 10 Bualoi
On the morning of September 27, under the chairmanship of Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Commander of the Provincial Military Command, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held a conference to deploy prevention and control work to overcome the circulation of storm No. 10 Bualoi.
Attending the conference were Colonel Nguyen Van An - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee; Head of the Provincial Military Command; heads of the Staff, Political, Logistics - Technical departments and related departments and branches.

At the conference, the Advisory Board reported in detail on the path, developments, and danger level of the storm; analyzed the possible impacts on coastal areas, downstream rivers, low-lying areas, and landslide-prone areas.

On that basis, the conference focused on discussing plans to mobilize forces and means; develop rescue plans, evacuate people, protect property and ensure safety for defense works and military facilities.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Commander of the Provincial Military Command requested agencies and units to uphold the spirit of initiative and urgency, absolutely not to be passive or surprised. Monitor and grasp the situation in localities; strictly maintain the regime of command and combat readiness; review and supplement plans close to reality; promptly deploy forces and means to respond according to the motto "4 on-site".

It is necessary to further promote propaganda to each citizen and cadre and staff in the work of responding to and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10; closely coordinate with the police, border guards, militia and units stationed in the area. At the same time, fully prepare rescue and relief equipment; ensure logistics, technology, and smooth communication, and be ready to mobilize to help people when ordered.
The Commander requested the Provincial Military Command to organize inspection teams in localities. Establish working groups to regularly update the situation and promptly report to the Provincial Military Command to quickly deploy and mobilize forces to help people when necessary.

Agencies and units in the area urgently review cases of families and relatives of officers and soldiers of the province's armed forces who are in especially difficult circumstances... pay attention to any cases at risk of serious damage to property and people... and immediately report to the Provincial Military Command for timely assistance.
