At 9:00 p.m. on October 26, 2015, at Hamlet 1, Quynh Ngoc Commune, Quynh Luu District, Team 5 of the Police Department for Investigation of Crimes on Economic Management Order and Positions of the Provincial Police in coordination with Quynh Luu District Police broke up Project 1015P, caught red-handed Nguyen Van Huy (born in 1986), residing in Hamlet 1, Quynh Ngoc Commune, Quynh Luu, Nghe An, for buying and selling firecrackers. The seized exhibits included 04 boxes of 36-explosive fireworks, 03 boxes of fireworks containing 416 firecrackers, with a total weight of 25kg.
