Caught transporting 180kg of animal products of unknown origin

(Baonghean.vn) - On October 23, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station arrested a case of transporting 180kg of animal products of unknown origin.

Accordingly, while patrolling on National Highway 1A through Dien Truong commune, Dien Chau district, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station discovered a passenger car with license plate 76B.003.19 driven by Dang Quang The, residing in Quang Ngai city.

Upon inspection, the vehicle was found to be carrying 3 Styrofoam boxes containing 180kg of animal products. The driver was unable to present documents proving the origin and quarantine certificates of the animal products.

All of the above animal products have been handed over to Dien Chau Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Station for destruction in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
