Mr. Duc withdrew from VFF before SEA Games 2017

Saying goodbye to the position of Vice President of Vietnam Football Federation, Mr. Duc pledged to still support the country's football.

"Mr. Duc asked to withdraw from the role of Vice President in charge of finance of VFF before the 29th SEA Games, during the meeting of the VFF Standing Committee in Ho Chi Minh City. However, he did not announce it to avoid affecting the spirit of U22 Vietnam before leaving for Malaysia," a senior leader of VFF revealed to VnExpress.

VFF is an administrative organization, members participate voluntarily, so no one can object to Mr. Duc's resignation. After Vietnam lost 0-3 to Thailand, leading to the SEA Games exit in the group stage, Mr. Duc will officially announce his decision to leave his position at VFF. The reason for his resignation is "too busy with business".

Bau Duc is a lover and passionate about Vietnamese football.
