Mr. Duc gives Cong Phuong and Xuan Truong a special gift
Parents of HAGL players in U22 Vietnam will have all expenses covered by Mr. Duc to go to Malaysia to cheer on Cong Phuong, Xuan Truong, Van Toan... at SEA Games 2017.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tao - father of midfielder Nguyen Van Toan, confirmed that Mr. Duc has sponsored all the expenses for accommodation, travel and other expenses for the parents of 6 HAGL players in U22 Vietnam.
In the list of U22 Vietnam participating in SEA Games just announced on August 13, there are 7 names from HAGL. They are Van Thanh, Tuan Anh, Dong Trieu, Van Toan, Hong Duy, Xuan Truong and Cong Phuong. Except for Tuan Anh's family who is busy with personal matters, the parents of the remaining 6 players will go to Malaysia to cheer for their children.
This group of parents will leave on August 25 - one day after the confrontation between U22 Vietnam and Thailand in the group stage. HAGL booked the plane tickets yesterday and will take care of the remaining procedures and tickets. Van Toan's family also bought an additional plane ticket so that Van Toan's sister can come to cheer for her brother.
A senior leader of HAGL confirmed: “We do not need to worry about the budget. This event is an opportunity for HAGL to express its feelings to the athletes’ families. The families could have gone to Malaysia earlier, but each family has their own work. We had to make arrangements and could only bring the families to the SEA Games after the group stage.”
Mr. Duc himself was only in Malaysia before the match against U22 Thailand on August 24. Previously, the Vice President of VFF had requested the entire Standing Committee of the Federation to be in Malaysia to cheer on U22 Vietnam.
