Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department presents gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and visits the Cua Lo Ward Public Administration Service Center
On the afternoon of July 16, during his working program in Nghe An, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission visited, presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and visited the Cua Lo Ward Public Administration Service Center.

The leaders of Nghe An province include comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and socio-political organizations at the provincial level.


Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia visited Vietnamese Heroic Mother Pham Thi Thanh, 95 years old, residing in Block 3, Cua Lo Ward. Thanh's mother has 5 children, 2 of whom are martyrs. Thanh's mother is old but still quite clear-headed and cheerful.
Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia expressed his emotion, gratitude and deep appreciation for the dedication, sacrifice and great losses of Mother in the struggle for independence and freedom for the nation; at the same time, he hoped that Mother would continue to live happily and healthily, and be the pride and spiritual support for her children and grandchildren.

Previously, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, together with the Central delegation and Nghe An province, visited the Cua Lo Ward Public Administration Service Center.
Cua Lo Ward was established on the basis of arranging administrative units from 7 wards of the old Cua Lo town, including: Nghi Hai, Nghi Hoa, Nghi Huong, Nghi Thu, Thu Thuy, Nghi Thuy and Nghi Tan.

After the administrative arrangement, Cua Lo ward has a natural area of 29.09 km2, a population of about 60,000 people, distributed in 39 blocks. The ward party committee has 90 grassroots party organizations with 3,021 party members.
Implementing the two-level local government, Cua Lo ward focuses on directing departments, branches, specialized offices, units and the Public Administration Service Center to uphold their spirit and responsibility, focus on implementing assigned tasks to organize and operate the two-level local government smoothly, without delay or omission of work.

Cua Lo Ward has focused on directing and putting into smooth and effective operation the Public Administration Service Center. From July 1 to July 15, the total number of records received on the Public Service Portal and the Administrative Procedure Information System was 663 records.
The Center has digitized all records received on the Public Service Portal since July 1, 2025. The settlement results are fully updated on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Settlement Information System.

After 2 weeks of operation, Cua Lo ward has completed the initial necessary work, promptly deployed and fully grasped the documents and directives of superiors, arranged and stabilized the organizational structure.
The headquarters and working equipment are fully arranged and placed to operate synchronously, smoothly, effectively, efficiently, and effectively, ensuring the highest goal of being close to the people, serving the people best; receiving the support and appreciation of the majority of cadres and people in the area.

Through listening to reports, visiting the site, and listening to people's opinions, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia - Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department highly appreciated the performance of the Cua Lo Ward Public Administration Service Center; at the same time, acknowledged the sense of responsibility, efforts and endeavors of the ward leaders and staff in organizing the smooth operation of the Public Administration Service Center, meeting the needs of the people.
The Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission requested Cua Lo ward to continue promoting the achieved results, overcome difficulties, and make efforts to effectively operate the two-level local government, especially to organize the smooth operation of the Public Administration Service Center, ensuring the highest goal of being close to the people, serving the needs of the people and businesses best.
