The leaders of the Do Luong Commune Public Administration Service Center reported that the Center's facilities are given due attention, the center is decorated according to regulations, and the location is convenient for people to access.

Administrative procedures of departments and branches are all publicly posted at the Public Administration Service Center, creating the best conditions for people and businesses when coming to transact. The "4 on-site" process and the hotline of the commune leaders are clearly posted so that people can grasp and report when necessary.

The reception area includes a row of civil servant desks equipped with computers connected to the network, installed with professional software, and auxiliary equipment such as scanners. The staff are assigned to specific areas. 100% of administrative procedures under the authority of the commune level have specialized staff in charge, ensuring full reception and proper processing.

Every day, the Do Luong Commune Public Administration Service Center receives about 100 citizens coming to do administrative procedures. All steps are handled at a single point, records are managed on electronic software, and processing times are clearly posted.

Handling administrative procedures according to the 4-on-site motto: On-site reception, on-site appraisal, on-site approval and on-site result return ensures convenience for people and businesses.

Talking with the Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, people expressed satisfaction with the sense of responsibility of the staff and civil servants when receiving documents and procedures and directly guiding citizens to follow the steps according to regulations.

Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia highly appreciated the locality’s initiative in preparing facilities, organizing personnel, and putting the commune-level government apparatus into stable operation. The Public Administration Service Center has a clear division of labor between departments, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted service to the people.

To continue improving the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia suggested strengthening training and fostering to improve professional qualifications, especially information technology skills for officials and civil servants, creating the most favorable conditions, and best meeting the needs of people and businesses when coming to carry out administrative procedures.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia - Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission also visited and presented gifts to two policy households and meritorious people in Do Luong commune, including the family of Mr. Tran Dang Van - a Catholic party member, whose brother is a martyr, and the family of war invalid Nguyen Dinh Que, a 59-year-old party member.
