Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh offered incense to commemorate heroes and martyrs.

At the Memorial House of Soviet Martyrs of Nghe Tinh, a place of worship and inscription of the names of nearly 2,000 soldiers who heroically sacrificed their lives in the 1930-1931 revolutionary movement, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh respectfully offered flowers and incense to express his deep gratitude and appreciation for the noble sacrifice of his predecessors and heroic Soviet martyrs of Nghe Tinh.

After 95 years, the Nghe Tinh Soviet revolutionary movement in the early 20th century has become a heroic, steadfast, and indomitable symbol of the people of Nghe An. The Nghe Tinh Soviet flame has become a flame that illuminates and encourages our Party and People to overcome all difficulties and challenges.

In the sacred atmosphere, the delegation vowed to continue promoting the spirit of the Nghe Tinh Soviet, successfully carrying out the renovation process, building the homeland to develop more and more, worthy of the noble sacrifice of the predecessors and heroic martyrs of the Nghe Tinh Soviet.

Next, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate and express gratitude for the great contributions of comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai to the cause of national liberation.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai's real name is Nguyen Thi Vinh. At the age of 16, she joined patriotic organizations such as Tan Viet Revolutionary Party, Indochina Communist Party, and became a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam in charge of propaganda and training of party members. With her enthusiasm and patriotism, she was appointed by the Party Central Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Saigon-Cho Lon City Party Committee, directly leading the Southern uprising.

The delegation expressed their respect and deep gratitude for the great contributions of Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai. Her life and revolutionary career left for today's and future generations extremely valuable lessons about a lifelong example of dedication to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the People.
