On the afternoon of August 25, after a meeting at the Forward Command Center, comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directly inspected, grasped information, analyzed and forecasted storm No. 5 at Vinh Weather Radar Station.

Vinh Weather Radar Station of the Central Hydrometeorological Station is located on Dung Quyet Mountain (Truong Vinh Ward).
