The Deputy Prime Minister requested that organizations and units ensure communication to serve the direction and operation of natural disaster prevention and control with the highest priority, safety, reliability and speed. Prioritize the use of on-site networks to deploy direction and operation of natural disaster prevention and control.

At the same time, telecommunications agencies are required to focus on reviewing machinery and equipment provided to leaders and officers participating in disaster prevention and control at the grassroots level, especially in mountainous areas, to ensure smooth connection to villages, hamlets, and residential areas.

In addition, in addition to the disaster prevention and control command agencies, it is necessary to calculate additional support plans and transfer information and communication equipment to the Border Guard force. This is the force that is really closest to the people, sticking closest to the people in remote, isolated areas, to ensure continuous information.
