Closing ceremony of the 29th Congress of Nghi Loc District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025

The Congress discussed and approved reports summarizing comments on the draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress and the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 19th Provincial Party Congress.

The Congress elected 17 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates to the District Party Delegation to attend the 19th Provincial Party Congress.

The Congress voted to approve the draft Resolution of the 29th Congress of Nghi Loc District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

General direction and goals for the 2020 - 2025 term:

Strengthening Party building and rectification, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations; enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of state management; promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc. Maintaining political security and social order and safety as a premise for development.

Promoting internal strength, attracting and effectively using all resources, developing the economy rapidly and sustainably associated with increasing labor productivity and effectively solving social and environmental issues.

Building Nghi Loc into a locality with a synchronous and gradually modern infrastructure system; improving the material and spiritual life of the people; maintaining national defense and security; a strong political system; becoming one of the fast and comprehensive developing districts of the province.

To achieve the above goal, Nghi Loc District Party Committee has set out 6 key tasks and 3 development breakthroughs. Among them, coordinating the development and implementation of the province's master plan for socio-economic development; strengthening foreign affairs, attracting investment; mobilizing resources to build synchronous socio-economic infrastructure.

Resolutely carry out administrative reforms; build a team of cadres and civil servants who understand the job, have skills, working methods and a spirit of serving the people. Promote the application of science and technology in production and life. Pay attention to developing human resources, especially high-quality human resources, to meet the requirements of comprehensive development in the area.

In his closing speech at the Congress, comrade Pham Hong Quang - Secretary of Nghi Loc District Party Committee said that the success of the Congress was the convergence of intellectual strength, belief and aspiration of the Party Committee and people of the district.

To successfully implement the Resolution of the 29th District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, the Congress calls on all cadres, soldiers and people of the district to bring all their revolutionary enthusiasm, wholeheartedly turn to the beloved Party, together demonstrate determination, strive to compete to achieve many achievements in labor and production to build Nghi Loc homeland to be increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
