(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 6, the IV Military Region Command held the Closing Ceremony of the 2016 Competition for Legal Reporters and Propagandists of Cluster I.

After 2 days of exciting competition, the teams completed the content and program set out. The entries were evaluated as having comprehensive investment from the stages of planning, thoroughly understanding the regulations, choosing topics, building scenarios, staging programs, organizing serious practice, investing funds and time; in accordance with the State Law, Military regulations and suitable for situations that may occur in life. The teams from Division 324, Nghe An Provincial Military Command; Ha Tinh Provincial Military Command... stood out in the competitions.

Award certificates to winning teams in each competition.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded Certificates of Merit from the Military Region to the propaganda teams from the Military Commands of the provinces: Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Thanh Hoa. Two teams: Division 324, Military Command of Nghe An province were selected to enter the final round of the entire Military Region in the coming time.
