2 year old boy drowned in canal in front of house

Accordingly, at around 11:40 am on August 31, NHBV (born in 2020) in Minh Thang village, Quynh Bang commune (Quynh Luu district) went to the canal in front of his house and unfortunately fell into the water.
Not seeing her grandchild anywhere, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hang (the child's grandmother) immediately went to look for her. When she reached the canal in front of the house, she discovered that Viet had drowned in the canal. Immediately after that, the family took the child to the Commune Health Station for emergency treatment, but he could not be saved, the victim had died before that.
