One month old baby boy abandoned at night
(Baonghean.vn) - At midnight, people discovered a 1-month-old baby in a plastic basket, abandoned on the side of the road.
Mr. Tran Dinh Son - Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanh Lam Commune, Thanh Chuong District said that a baby had just been abandoned in the area overnight.
According to Mr. Son, at about 1:20 a.m. on January 2, Ms. Tran Thi Ly in Hamlet 2, Hanh Lam Commune discovered an abandoned baby in front of her house. The baby was placed in a plastic basket with blankets, pillows, and many other items.

Upon receiving the notice, the Commune People's Committee sent officers to the scene, made a record, temporarily handed the baby over to the couple Tran Thi Ly and Nguyen Van Thanh to take care of and issued a notice to find the baby's biological parents.
The notice clearly states that within 1 week (until January 11), if no relatives come to claim the child, the People's Committee of Hanh Lam commune will proceed with the birth registration and related procedures for the child.
It is known that the baby is a boy, just born about 1 month old. Mrs. Ly and her husband - the ones who discovered the baby - are also an infertile couple, having been married for a long time without having children.
