Military Hospital 4 examines and provides free medicine to people

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 23, more than 500 people in Son Hai commune, Quynh Luu district were examined and given free medicine by doctors and nurses of Military Hospital 4.

This is a program organized by Military Hospital 4 in coordination with Division 324. Son Hai is a poor commune of Quynh Luu district, with a poverty rate of 5.6% and 310 policy households.

Here, Military Hospital 4 sent 15 officers, employees, doctors and nurses from internal and external specialties such as: ENT, Dentistry, Ultrasound, ECG... to examine, treat, provide health consultation, and provide free medicine to poor and disadvantaged households and families with preferential policies.

After a working day, more than 500 people were examined by doctors for eye, cardiovascular, lung, ear, nose, throat, and joint diseases and given health advice; and were informed about methods to prevent and fight common diseases. The amount of free medicine provided this time was worth nearly 90 million VND.
