The Criminal Police Department (PC45) of Quang Nam Provincial Police said that at around 10:00 a.m. on April 1, at Ban Thach block, Hoa Huong ward, Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province, Bui Thanh Khoi (24 years old, residing in Hoa Huong ward, Tam Ky city) held a machete and ran from his house to the house of Hoang Quoc Kh. (22 years old), more than 10 meters from Khoi's house.
At that time, Mr. Kh. was sitting listening to music when suddenly Bui Thanh Khoi used a machete to slash the back of Kh.'s neck, causing the victim's death.
Upon receiving the information, Tam Ky City Police and PC45 Department of Quang Nam Provincial Police quickly arrived to collect information and examine the scene.
The cause of the incident is currently being investigated by Department PC45.
According to many residents of Ban Thach block, Bui Thanh Khoi is a drug addict and has shown signs of being high on drugs recently./.
