Fined for not wearing a helmet, young man insults police online
(Baonghean.vn) - Being administratively fined by the authorities for not wearing a helmet while driving a motorbike, T posted an article on his personal page with content insulting the honor and reputation of the police force.
Tan Ky District Police said: They have just invited N.D.T (born in 1992), residing in Huong Son Commune, Tan Ky District, to come in for questioning because of content posted on his personal Facebook page that insulted the police force.

Specifically: On the morning of January 24, while on his way to visit a grave, T. was signaled to stop by the working group of the Huong Son Commune Police (Tan Ky) and fined for not wearing a helmet while driving a motorbike.
After being explained about the violation, T. paid the fine. Then, at the instigation of some people, T. took a photo of the fine, posted it on his personal Facebook page with content insulting the police force and tagged the names of some friends in the post.

At the police station, T. was explained by the Tan Ky District Police Officer that posting content insulting the police force was a violation, as stipulated in Point g, Clause 3, Article 66 of Decree 174/2013/NA-CP of the Government. T. also recognized his mistake, learned from his mistakes and deleted the post on Facebook.
