In addition, closely cooperate with Laos in the spirit of "helping friends is helping yourself".

Comrade Thai Thanh Quy requested that local Party committees and authorities continue to help, advise, and guide the replication of household and individual economic models among the people, in an effort to reduce the poverty rate by 7% each year.

“For the people, those who are still able to work, must be diligent, hard-working, and patient to increase production, overcome poverty, with the help of local authorities and military and border forces.” - Provincial Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy emphasized.

He also mentioned the program to help the poor eliminate dilapidated and makeshift houses that the province will launch, with the plan to build more than 9,000 new houses for poor households and about 6,200 houses that need to be repaired across the province within 3 years; therefore, the Party Committee and authorities of Que Phong district and Hanh Dich commune need to pay attention to this program, calling on and mobilizing charitable organizations and individuals to join hands to help poor households have stable housing.
