Attending the ceremony were comrades: Phan Dinh Trac - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission; Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors; Dien Chau district.

Cao Xuan Huy Secondary School was formerly a gifted school specializing in Literature - Mathematics and now has 14 classes with 524 students. Over the years, the school has always been the leader in quality in Dien Chau district. The enrollment rate for grade 10 high school has always reached 100%, with 162 excellent students at the provincial level, 17 excellent students at the national level, and 2 excellent students at the international level. The school is also always in the top 5 of secondary schools in the province. For 15 consecutive years, the school has been an excellent labor collective, receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister in 2014.

In response to the need to innovate and improve the quality of teaching and learning, it is necessary to modernize and solidify schools and classrooms. With the attention of the People's Committee of Dien Chau district, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) Phu Dien Branch has invested in building a 2-storey school building for Cao Xuan Huy Secondary School.

The project has a total capital of more than 6.8 billion VND, including a 2-storey house with 12 classrooms and functional rooms...

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission acknowledged and highly appreciated the teaching and learning results of teachers and students of Cao Xuan Huy Secondary School in recent years.

Comrade Phan Dinh Trac hopes that after the handover, the project will help the school to have conditions to continue to improve the quality of teaching and learning, worthy of being the leading unit of Dien Chau education sector. In the coming time, the school needs to constantly improve in teaching and learning, linking knowledge teaching with political and ideological education, cultivating ethics and healthy lifestyles for students.
