Initial information, at around 4:00 p.m. on April 21, at house number 896, Dien Bien Street (Yen Bai City, Yen Bai Province), a large explosion occurred, slightly injuring one person and causing him to be taken to the emergency room.
At the same time, due to the high pressure, the explosion also damaged many billboards and glass doors of some surrounding houses. After the explosion, a hydrogen gas tank was shot about 100m away from the scene and broke the 3rd floor corrugated iron roof of a house.
The cause was determined to be an explosion of a hydrogen gas tank used to inflate balloons.
Immediately after receiving the information, the fire prevention and fighting police force of Yen Bai province urgently arrived at the scene to handle the incident.
