On December 12, Nghe An Province Forensic Center concluded the forensic examination of the injuries of Mr. Nguyen Vo N. (born in 1959, residing in Hung Loi commune, Hung Nguyen district).

Accordingly, Mr. N. suffered a fracture of the upper part of the fibula of his right leg, which is currently in a cast; he was hit in the left hip, causing a fracture of 4.5 ribs in the left mid-axillary line.
