Immediately after receiving the plan, instructions and guidance from superiors on organizing training and receiving new soldiers in 2020, the Party Committee and the Regiment Command organized and deployed agencies and units to do a good job of preparing to receive new soldiers into the unit.

The focus is on improving the quality of the training staff, consolidating the training ground system to ensure compliance with prescribed standards, and preparing barracks to ensure accommodation and food for soldiers. Up to this point, the unit's preparations for receiving and training new soldiers are being actively and urgently implemented, ensuring compliance with the plan of the superiors.

The unit has conducted training for 100% of cadres on political education, military training and training organization methods; focusing on training contents with many new contents, aiming to improve command and training practice capacity, ensuring synchronization and unity from command to unit.

In particular, the training content focuses on training methods for infantry combat techniques and tactics; proficient use of equipped weapons; training in team command; work on grasping, managing, and resolving ideology in training new soldiers. Fully prepare a system of books, training curriculum, party work books, and political work books according to regulations; The system of training grounds, training grounds, training materials, and the system of regular construction signs are all fully and synchronously repaired and renewed by the unit; the landscape and environment where soldiers eat and live are more spacious and clean.
