The Politburo and the Secretariat review and discipline party members who violate the law.

On July 11, 2025, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, after considering the proposal of the Central Inspection Committee on disciplining violating party members, the Politburo and the Secretariat found that:

Comrade Vo Chi Cong - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the Can Tho City Party Committee, during his tenure as member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organization Commission of the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee, violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing serious consequences, bad public opinion, reducing the prestige of the Party organization and the agency, working unit.

Comrades: Nguyen Bat Khach - former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province; Le Ngoc Soi - former member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hung Yen province have degraded in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks, in preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, public outrage, and very bad effects on the reputation of the Party organization and the agency and unit.

Based on the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of the violation; according to the Party's regulations on disciplining violating Party members, the Politburo decided to issue a disciplinary warning to comrade Vo Chi Cong; the Secretariat decided to issue a disciplinary warning to expel from the Party the following comrades: Nguyen Bat Khach and Le Ngoc Soi.
