Speaking at the closing ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Commander of the Provincial Military Command emphasized that 2020 will be the year of many important events for the country, especially before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2020 and the Party Congresses at all levels, so officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command need to perform well their military and defense tasks. In particular, agencies and units in the entire provincial military force need to strictly maintain the regime of on-duty, combat duty, combat readiness, coordinate with other forces to proactively grasp, accurately forecast, promptly advise and handle situations effectively right from the grassroots level.
