Nghe An Military Command strictly maintains duty regime and high combat readiness
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 5, at Regiment 764, the Provincial Military Command held the closing ceremony of the 2020 Cadre Training Course. Attending and speaking at the closing ceremony was Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Commander of the Provincial Military Command.
During the 4-day period (January 2 to January 5), 168 trainees who are chiefs of staff, battalion commanders, training assistants of 21 districts and cities; and commanders of affiliated units were thoroughly informed and studied some basic contents on 4 aspects of work: staff, politics, logistics, and engineering.
In which, the focus is on unifying the combat staff work on unified guidance on the organization of implementation according to Decree 03/2019/ND-CP of the Government on coordination between the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense in performing the task of protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety. Speaking at the closing ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Commander of the Provincial Military Command emphasized that 2020 will be the year of many important events for the country, especially before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2020 and the Party Congresses at all levels, so officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command need to perform well their military and defense tasks. In particular, agencies and units in the entire provincial military force need to strictly maintain the regime of on-duty, combat duty, combat readiness, coordinate with other forces to proactively grasp, accurately forecast, promptly advise and handle situations effectively right from the grassroots level.
