At Kim Lien relic site, after offering fresh flower baskets and incense sticks to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, delegates expressed their respect and deep gratitude for his great contributions to the cause of building and defending the Vietnamese Fatherland.
Following his sacred testament, over the years, the Nghe An armed forces have always been united, overcome difficulties, followed the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, strived to complete local defense and military tasks, contributing to building Nghe An homeland to become increasingly prosperous and beautiful.
The delegation of the provincial armed forces pledged to continue promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's moral example; strive to successfully implement the goals and tasks of socio-economic development associated with strengthening national defense and security, contributing to building Nghe An province in particular and Vietnam in general to be more dignified and beautiful as Uncle Ho advised during his lifetime.

Next, the delegation laid a wreath at the Memorial at Vinh City Martyrs Cemetery. In front of the heroic martyrs, the provincial armed forces vowed to continue the heroic tradition of the Vietnam People's Army. The officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces will stand side by side, have good solidarity, strict discipline, be ready to fight and excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to maintaining political stability and creating conditions for socio-economic development of the province.
After the flower offering ceremony, the comrades in the delegation burned incense at each grave of the martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and are resting at the heroic Red City Martyrs' Cemetery./.
