Colonel Luong Hong Phong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command presented breeding cows to poor households.

This is the second time in 2016 that the Provincial Military Command has donated breeding cows to poor households in Nam Giai commune. 10 breeding cows worth 140 million VND and gifts of 500 thousand VND/household were given to 10 poor households in the commune to support and help them escape poverty.

This is an activity within the plan to receive assistance to poor communes in Western Nghe An by agencies and units. Also at the ceremony, the People's Committee of Que Phong district gave each family 500,000 VND to help people repair barns and ensure conditions for raising cows.
