The program has great spiritual significance, strengthening solidarity and cohesion among union members, youth of the provincial armed forces, socio-political organizations and fishermen; thereby encouraging fishermen to actively go offshore, adapt to the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic in new conditions, increase seafood exploitation, and at the same time contribute to maintaining the sovereignty of the homeland's sea and islands./.
