Provincial Military Command gives gifts to support Que Phong border commune
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 26, the delegation of the Provincial Military Command led by Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, presented cement and a solar lighting system to the inter-village road in Pong village, Nam Giai commune, Que Phong district.
Nam Giai is a poor border commune of Que Phong district, with an area of over 14 hectares and a 10.5 km border with Laos. After the merger, the whole commune has 5 villages with 667 households and more than 2,000 people, mainly Thai ethnic people, with a poverty rate of over 30%.

At the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong and the delegation of the Provincial Military Command directly presented 10 tons of cement and handed over the solar lighting system for the inter-village road in Pong village, Nam Giai commune, Que Phong district with a total value of more than 80 million VND to help the commune soon reach the new rural finish line in the near future.
