Under the chairmanship of Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Central Military Commission, Commander of the Border Guard, Major General Nguyen Van Nam - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Border Guard and Major General Le Duc Thai - Deputy Commander of the Border Guard signed the minutes of handover of responsibilities and tasks of Chief of Staff, Border Guard.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Border Guard Command, Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien acknowledged and highly appreciated the dedication and contributions of Major General Nguyen Van Nam during his time holding various positions in the Border Guard.
Major General Nguyen Van Nam always completes his assigned tasks well, together with the Border Guard General Staff, creating many impressions, worthy of being the command agency of the commander, contributing with the force to well perform the task of managing and protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security.
Major General Nguyen Van Nam thanked the Party Committee, the Border Guard Command, officers and soldiers of the Border Guard General Staff for creating conditions for him to fulfill his duties and responsibilities as Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Border Guard.
Major General Nguyen Van Nam expressed his hope that the Party Committee and the General Staff of the Border Guard will continue to promote the achievements, overcome shortcomings, and successfully carry out assigned tasks.
