Nghe An Border Guard has new Commander
(Baonghean.vn) - On July 7, the Party Committee - Command of Nghe An Border Guard held a conference to hand over the responsibilities and tasks of the Commander of the Provincial Border Guard.
Lieutenant General Do Danh Vuong - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Border Guard attended and directed the handover ceremony; also attending were the heads of the General Staff, the Political Department, the Border Gate Department and functional agencies of the Border Guard Command.

Previously, the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense decided to appoint Colonel Tran Hai Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of the Border Guard; and appointed Colonel Nguyen Cong Luc - Deputy Director of the Border Guard Border Gate Department to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of the Border Guard.Commander of Nghe An Provincial Border Guard.
At the conference, Colonel Tran Hai Binh handed over the responsibilities and tasks of the Provincial Border Guard Commander to Colonel Nguyen Cong Luc.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Do Danh Vuong congratulated the two comrades newly appointed to their new positions, and asked them to continue to promote their pioneering and exemplary roles, uphold the spirit of solidarity and unity, continue to lead and direct the unit to successfully complete all tasks; build a clean and strong Party organization, a strong unit in all aspects; and perform well the task of protecting national border security and sovereignty in the current situation.

Also at the Conference, authorized by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Colonel Le Nhu Cuong - Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard announced and presented the Decision of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee appointing Colonel Nguyen Cong Luc - Commander of the Provincial Border Guard to join the Party Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee.
