A duo with the same name and birth year went stealing together.
Suspecting that two young men on a motorbike without a license plate were breaking the law, four police officers from task force 141 approached them from all sides and brought them to the checkpoint.
On September 10, Gia Thuy Ward Police, Long Bien District (Hanoi) continued to complete the file, handing over Pham Anh Tuan (in Son Tay town, with 2 previous convictions for theft) and Hoang Anh Tuan (Long Bien District, Hanoi), both 33 years old, to the investigation agency of the same district to clarify the act of property theft.
Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Quoc Huy (team leader of Y15) said that the previous afternoon, Pham Anh Tuan was driving a motorbike carrying Hoang Anh Tuan on Nguyen Van Cu Street. Because the motorbike did not have a license plate, the working team 141 on duty there signaled for it to stop.
