Ministry of Education and Training: 75% of the 2023 high school graduation exam questions are at an easy level

The 2023 high school graduation exam will basically remain stable in the same direction as in 2022. The exam structure will have 75% of questions leaning towards the level of recognition and understanding, 25% of questions at the level of application and high application. This is the sharing of Associate Professor, Dr. Huynh Van Chuong - Director of the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training at the admission consultation session on March 19.
According to Mr. Chuong, this means that students who have studied basic high school knowledge well, especially in grade 12, can do well in 75% of the exam. This is also the best basis for evaluating results and considering high school graduation. The remaining 25% are questions at the application level, high application level, so that candidates can achieve scores of 8, 9, 10 to differentiate.
The Director of the Department of Quality Management advises candidates to carefully study the reference exam questions announced by the Ministry of Education and Training to clearly see the exam matrix.
According to Mr. Chuong, the Ministry of Education and Training is building a circular on new revised high school graduation exam regulations.
The 2023 high school graduation exam will take place on June 27, 28 and 29, 10 days earlier than in 2022. The Ministry of Education and Training plans to announce the exam results around July 17-19.
