Ministry of Foreign Affairs has new Deputy Minister
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has just held a ceremony to announce and present the Prime Minister's decision to appoint Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Authorized by the Prime Minister, Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh presented Decision No. 345/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the appointment of Mr. Dang Hoang Giang - Assistant to Comrade Pham Binh Minh - Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Speaking at the decision-giving ceremony, Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh congratulated the new Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, emphasizing that this was the trust of the Party, State and Ministry of Foreign Affairs leaders in comrade Dang Hoang Giang.

As one of the youngest Deputy Ministers appointed in the industry, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh said that this is a milestone and a turning point in the career of comrade Dang Hoang Giang, and at the same time requires greater responsibility and effort from him in this new task.
Believing that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is entering a period of transition between generations, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh believes that the new Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Giang, together with the collective of the Personnel Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will coordinate and successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Party and the State.
In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dang Hoang Giang thanked the leaders of the Party, State and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for their trust in him and assigned him the new responsibility; and thanked the support and trust of the Ministry's leadership and staff.
Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Giang affirmed that he will make more efforts and promote all his capacity to fulfill the tasks assigned by the Party and State, contributing to the overall success of the country's foreign affairs./.
