Russian Foreign Ministry declares end of era of cooperation with the West
(Baonghean.vn) - The era of cooperation with the West is over, it is time to get rid of illusions and understand that there will be no return to the situation before February 24 (when Russia launched its military campaign in Ukraine) regarding the relationship between Moscow with Europe and the United States. This is the opinion of the Director of the Department of Foreign Policy Planning of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexei Drobinin.
"Regardless of the duration and results of the special military operation, it can be said now that the 30-year era of cooperation with the West, although generally effective, but not entirely ideal, has ended irreversibly. There will obviously be no return to the pre-February 24 situation in relations with North American and European countries," Drobinin noted.

He stressed: "Russia has entered a period of fierce confrontation with a belligerent alliance of unfriendly countries led by the United States. The enemy's goal is to cause a strategic defeat for our country, eliminating it as a geopolitical rival"./.
