Prime Minister hands over decisions to appoint leaders of ministries, branches and agencies

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a conference to announce and hand over decisions on appointing, receiving, transferring, and reassigning many leaders of ministries, branches, and agencies on the afternoon of September 4.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh handed over the decision to assign the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs.

On the morning of August 30, Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Government Party Committee, Prime Minister attended the ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to receive Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office, to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, handing over the position of Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs.
US State Department approves sale of more than 3,000 ERAM missiles to Ukraine
