New personnel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Foreign office:On the afternoon of May 9, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received and transferred 3 officials whose terms had expired to return to the country to take up their duties, including: Comrade Nguyen Tien Minh - former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Singapore, holding the position of Director, Governor of Vietnam at the Asia-Europe Fund (term 2018 - 2019), working at the Institute for Strategic Studies of Diplomacy, Diplomatic Academy.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Son - former Counselor of the Vietnamese Embassy in the United States holds the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Comrade Pham Truong Giang - former Minister Counselor of the Vietnamese Embassy in Poland holds the position of Deputy Director of the Department of General Research, State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese.

Awarding the decision to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Huyen

Ministry of Industry and Trade:On May 11, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Cao Quoc Hung presented the decision to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Huyen - former Chief of Office of the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy, Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Previously, on May 9, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade awarded the Decision to appoint Mr. Tran Viet Hoa - former Deputy Director in charge of the Department of Science and Technology to hold the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Hanoi City appoints 5 new personnel.

Hanoi:On the afternoon of May 11, Hanoi City appointed 5 new personnel, including: Comrade Pham Van Khuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment to work at the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, holding the position of Deputy Director until the retirement age according to regulations;

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thanh - Deputy Director of the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board came to work and hold the position of Deputy Director at the Hanoi Department of Transport;

Comrade Le Van Binh - Deputy General Director of the Development Investment Fund came to work and hold the position of Deputy Director at the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil and Industrial Works of Hanoi City;

Comrade Hoang Trong Tung - Deputy Director of the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board came to work and hold the position of Deputy Director at the Hanoi City Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board and Rural Development;

Mr. Nguyen Van Duc - Vice Chairman of Dan Phuong District People's Committee came to work at the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi city, holding the position of Deputy Director of the Department.

Previously, the People's Council of Cau Giay District, Hanoi held an extraordinary session (7th session), term 2016 - 2021 to complete the position of Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee and members of the District People's Committee, electing Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Cau Giay District Tran Dinh Cuong to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee for the term 2016 - 2021.

General Department of Customs: On May 7, the Ministry of Finance appointed Mr. Mai Xuan Thanh - Director of the Inspection and Examination Department, General Department of Customs to hold the position of Deputy Director General of the General Department of Customs, from May 15, 2018.

Can Tho:On May 10, the People's Council of Can Tho City dismissed the member of the City People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term, Lu Thanh Dong, member of the City Party Committee and Director of the Department of Transport (due to being transferred to another task); elected Nguyen Quang Nghi, member of the City Party Committee and Secretary of the Phong Dien District Party Committee, as member of the Can Tho City People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term.
Gia Lai:On May 10, Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee rotated and appointed comrade Phan Quang Thai - Deputy Head of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Duc Co District Party Committee, term 2015-2020.

Previously, on the afternoon of May 8, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province appointed the position of Vice Rector of Ha Long University to 2 comrades: Phan Thi Hue - Head of the Department of International Cooperation; Hoang Thi Thu Giang - Head of the Department of Training. Approved the election results of the Deputy Secretary of the Quang Yen Town Party Committee, term XX, 2015-2020 for comrade Vu Duc Huong - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Yen Town.

Ha Giang:On May 7, Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee transferred comrade Nguyen Van Chung to resign from the position of Secretary of Bac Me District Party Committee to join the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation. Comrade Bui Van Tuan resigned from the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs to join the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, holding the position of Secretary of Bac Me District Party Committee.
Bac Ninh:On May 4, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Nhan Chien presented Decision 767-QD/TU dated April 26, 2018 of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee to transfer comrade Ha Sy Tiep - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to work at the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee.
