Ministry of National Defense surveyed and built Project 3826 in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On May 4, the working delegation of the Steering Committee for Project 3826 of the Ministry of National Defense, led by Lieutenant General Nguyen Trong Binh - Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, conducted a survey to build Project 3826 in Nghe An province.
Attending the meeting were Major General Le Tat Thang - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4.
Receiving and working with the delegation from Nghe An province were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Hoang Nghia Hieu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Commander of the Provincial Military Command.

In recent times,Nghe An Provincial Military Commandhas directed agencies and units to always thoroughly grasp and seriously implement documents of the Government, Ministry of National Defense, and Military Region 4 on combining economy with national defense and security in managing and protecting sovereignty and security of national borders at sea and on islands.
Coordinate with departments, branches and localities to advise the Provincial People's Committee and direct agencies and units to properly perform the State management function on national defense, contributing to creating conditions for local socio-economic development, while strengthening and consolidating national defense and security at sea and on islands. The Provincial Military Command coordinates with the Provincial Border Guard Command and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to direct and guide coastal districts and towns to organize registration, strictly manage and regularly check and review human resources and means.
