With the Government, the Prime Minister and Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh have directed many inspections of central agencies, requiring them to organize inspections, checks and verifications to clarify issues related to public opinion when information is available.

"The spirit requires transparency, publicity, and the highest benefits for the State. On April 20, the Prime Minister chaired a national conference on policies and procedures for construction investment to promote disbursement, promote growth, and remove difficulties," said the Minister.

The Minister also said that the inspection agency's report also clearly stated that in this field, there were also huge losses related to public land, public assets, cheap transfers, transfers by designated bidding, transfers by directive, no auction or non-public auction, related to group interests... causing huge losses to the State budget.

With that reality, Minister Mai Tien Dung emphasized: "The Prime Minister's directive is to require inspection, examination, and review of losses. If there is any, it must be clarified for publicity. From now on, this situation will definitely no longer exist, there must be transparent auctions so that everyone can participate and all citizens can be supervised.
