The delegation visited and extended New Year greetings to the following units: Provincial Border Guard Command, Provincial Police, Nghe An Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station, Provincial Veterans Association, Vinh City People's Committee; District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Anh Son and Ky Son districts.

Visiting and wishing a Happy New Year to agencies and units, Major General Nguyen Anh Tuan - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4 congratulated the results that agencies and units achieved in 2021, especially in coordinating propaganda, performing military and defense tasks, building a solid national defense, a solid people's security posture, building an increasingly strong armed force, maintaining political stability, national defense - security, building and developing the economy, culture and society.
