Previously, BTV Nhat Le studied at the Hanoi University of Theatre and Cinema, Faculty of Directing and Acting, class of 1986 - 1991. Nhat Le said her mother wanted her to take the A block exam to study Finance and Banking or become an accountant to have a stable job, but her father wanted his daughter to pursue art. Therefore, she took both the A and C blocks and passed both majors.

During her time at school, Nhat Le stood out for her beautiful appearance and elegant Hanoi accent. She was invited to take calendar photos in several places. Later, she also took photos for the An ninh Thu Do Newspaper. Nhat Le was very proud when her image was printed in old wall calendars in families.

She was encouraged by her school to compete in the Miss Hanoi contest and won the runner-up title. Thanks to this title, her career became smooth and she had many opportunities. She also had many fans.

After graduating, BTV Nhat Le did not pursue an acting career but instead turned to journalism. She said that her homeroom teacher's wife introduced her to her and helped her register for the audition for Vietnam Television.

Nhat Le took a risk and submitted her application but did not think she would pass because only 8 people were selected for the audition, while her application was ranked 420th. She had to go through 3 rounds of general knowledge, voice test and on-screen audition. Although she had no experience hosting a program, Nhat Le surpassed many other candidates to be selected.

Since then, Nhat Le has completely turned to journalism. She believes that everyone has a destiny, a predetermined path, and this profession is a predestined fate for her. Nhat Le is satisfied and loves her job.

In the early days of working as a TV editor, she could not avoid pressure because in the minds of many people, runner-up only has beauty. Nhat Le feels lucky because life has given her a voice and appearance that is well received on screen. However, along with luck, she always tries to improve her knowledge, showing seriousness and professionalism in her work.

Along with that, she was also mentored by Meritorious Artist Kim Tien and Meritorious Artist Minh Tri. Under the guidance of her seniors, Nhat Le learned many useful lessons and had precious memories.

Nhat Le confided:"In the past, the station had a television mailbox, and among the letters sent to the station were letters from viewers to me. There were words of encouragement and suggestions for me to do better. I kept them as a memory and to me that is a very precious thing."

Having been involved in the broadcasting industry for 30 years, Editor Nhat Le has been on the air for more than 10 years for the News Bulletin. Since 2002, Editor Nhat Le has been working at VTV's Science and Education Department and has chosen to step back behind the screen.

After studying more, she applied to become a reporter to be more proactive with her time and have the opportunity to do many interesting programs.

Currently, she is living a peaceful and happy life with her own family. Nhat Le revealed that her husband used to be the goalkeeper of the Army Club and was also her first love. The two met when her husband and his friends came to her school to play, at that time Nhat Le was in her second year at Hanoi University of Theatre and Cinema. Their love was pure, simple, and romantic.
