This year, nearly 4,390 workers from Phu Yen to the northern provinces were given bus tickets and many gifts.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Monkey, workers who have been with the company for 1 to 3 years will receive a bonus based on the basic salary coefficient that the worker is currently paid, from 3 to 5 years will receive a bonus of 1.2 times and the bonus will be doubled for workers with 5 years or more of seniority. In addition, after Tet, there are many exciting activities to create a more exciting working spirit at the beginning of spring.

This year, the Tet bonus at enterprises is also higher than the At Mui Tet, the average bonus is equal to 1 month's salary. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Do, Chairman of the Trade Union of Export Processing Zones - Industrial Parks in Ho Chi Minh City, said that according to reports from more than 300 enterprises in export processing zones and industrial parks, this year, the total amount of money enterprises spent on Tet care for workers is more than 50 billion VND. Workers who benefit from the care activities have become more attached to the company.

According to Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Center for Human Resource Demand Forecasting and Labor Market Information in Ho Chi Minh City, it is expected that in the month after Tet, the labor shortage of enterprises will be about 3% to 4%, lower than the same period last year and the average labor mobility in enterprises will be from 6-8%.

“We have also forecasted that the demand in February will be 19,000 workers, and in March it will be 26,000 workers. The focus will be on business administration, economics, foreign trade, import and export, mechanical manufacturing groups, and especially the information technology sector, which will also supplement human resources for the integration period.
