Ms. Phan Thi Huyen's family is poor, she herself is disabled, a single mother with a small child. Along with material contributions and labor from relatives and neighbors, after 3 months of construction, the level 4 house has an area of 32 m2, the cost of nearly 100 million VND has been completed and put into use. Of which, the Commune "For the Poor" Fund supported 5 million VND; the Commune Women's Union supported 3 million VND, helping Ms. Huyen's family have a solid place to live and stabilize their lives.
Also in Tan Ky, philanthropists in Hanoi visited and presented Vo Van Danh - a 9th grade student at Dong Van Secondary School, Tan Ky district, with 6.8 million VND.
Danh is the third child in a poor family. When he was 7 years old, his mother and second sister unfortunately drowned. In 2014, his father also passed away from lung cancer. Danh and his sister live with their grandfather who is over 80 years old. 2 years ago, his grandfather also passed away, and Danh's older sister also got married far away. Danh has to take care of everything for herself alone...
Faced with that situation, philanthropists far from home called on the online community to contribute 6.8 million VND, which was given to Danh, helping him reduce his difficulties and have the conditions to continue studying in the future./.
