According to the leaders of Vinh University, out of nearly 5,000 students who have enough points to be admitted to the school, only about 70% have come to submit their admission confirmation. The highest number is in the groups of pedagogy, economics, and social sciences and humanities.

With 853/1250 targets, Vinh Medical University is still short of 397 targets. Based on this result, the school's leaders said that from August 21, the school will conduct a second round of additional enrollment. Priority will be given to lowering the admission scores for candidates who have registered for the school and will continue to receive more applications until the enrollment quota is met.

The remaining schools such as University of Economics, University of Industrial Technology Education, and College of Education are also reserving thousands of quotas for candidates registering for NV2.
